Return and exchange policy All products purchased from the More Joy online store have a 14-day right of return from receiving the products. The right of return also applies to discounted products purchased in the online store. Return instructions Pack the return shipment and mark the returned products in the shipment. Products to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. More Joy reserves the right not to accept returns if the product or product packaging no longer corresponds to a new, unused product. Send information about the return to contact@morejoyhome.com and we will provide you with a return code to be taped/written on the package for the return. Return to the store If you bought the product at a retailer’s store, return it directly to the store.

Remember to bring the receipt you received with the purchase. Credit We refund the returned products as soon as we have received and processed your return. Processing the return takes 1-2 business days from the time the return arrives back to us. During rush hours, return processing may take a little longer. You will receive a notification in your email when the return has been processed. The refund is paid to the same payment method that you used when paying for the order. If you paid with an online bank payment, the refund will appear in your account after 1-3 business days, depending on the bank. Some banks require confirmation of the account number, and in this case you will receive instructions for confirming the account number securely from our payment service partner Paytrail Oy by email.
